ed among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel County in Plat
Book F. S. R. No. 3, folio 80-81.

109. To deed dated the 27th day of April, 1938, from
Linwood L. Cridlin, Jr., et al., to Trinity Evangelical Church
of Baltimore City and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 5817, folio 561, etc.,
for 3312 Elmora Avenue, being a leasehold interest in the
said lot, subject to the annual ground rent of Sixty-four
Dollars ($64.00).

110. To deed dated June 10, 1941, from The Church
Extension Society of the Central Pennsylvania Conference
of the Evangelical Church to Trinity Evangelical Church
of Baltimore City and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6174, folio 188, etc.,
conveying to it the title to a lot at the northeast corner of
Elmora Avenue and St. Cloud Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.
