860 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 750

(a) Three hundred dollars ($300) to St. Vincent's
Infant Asylum, located at the corner of Lafayette Avenue
and Division Street, in Baltimore City, State of Maryland;

(b) One thousand dollars ($1,000) to Pastor of
St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Baltimore, Maryland, for the
use of Loyola High School;

(c) Five hundred dollars ($500) to Pastor of
St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Baltimore, Maryland, with
the suggestion that it be used as an offering for Masses
for the repose of the soul of the deceased;

(d) All the rest, residue and remainder of said
estate to St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum, located on the
York Road, Baltimore County, Maryland.

105. To deed from Temple Square Club of Maryland,
Inc., to Fourth Church of Christ, Scientist, Baltimore, of
6008 Old Harford Road and recorded in M. L. P. 6529,
folio 600.

106. To bequests contained in the Will of Ida M. Short,
late of Baltimore City, and recorded in Office of Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. 216, folio —,
viz:

(a) To Virginia Theological Seminary of Alex-
andria, Virginia, 3/10ths of the rest and residue of the
estate.

(b) To Church Home & Hospital of Baltimore
City, 3/10ths of the rest and residue of the estate.

(c) To Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the Diocese of Maryland, l/10th of the rest and
residue of the estate.

(d) To Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore City,
for use in the Wilmer Clinic, 1/10th of the rest and residue
of the estate.

(e) To Protestant Episcopal Cathedral of the
Incarnation of Baltimore, 2/3rds of 2/10ths of the rest and
residue of the estate.

(f) To South Baltimore General Hospital of Bal-
timore, l/3rd of 2/10ths of the rest and residue of the
estate.

107. To bequest contained in the Will of Reverend Ber-
nard W. Prosie of all the remainder of his estate, real, per-
sonal and mixed, to Most Reverend Michael Joseph Curley,
