the payments from the "Fund in itemized form, and the bal-
ance on hand as of the preceding December 31. Such state-
ment shall be published by the Commission and be open to
public inspection in its office at all reasonable times. The
Treasurer shall advise the Commission at least quarterly, and
oftener if requested, as to the amount of the Fund in his
hands.

(3) The Treasurer is authorized to receive and credit to
the Fund any sum or sums which may at any time be con-
tributed to the State or the Fund by the United States of
America or any agency thereof to which the State may be
or become entitled under any Act of Congress, or otherwise,
by reason of any payments made from the said Fund.

(4) When the Fund shall equal or exceed One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100, 000. 00), no further contribution
thereto shall be required by employers or insurance carriers,
or the State Accident Fund, but whenever thereafter the
amount of the Fund shall be reduced below Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50, 000. 00), by reason of payments made pursuant
to this Act, or otherwise, or whenever the State Industrial
Accident Commission shall determine that payments likely to
be made from the Fund in the next succeeding three (3)
months will probably cause said Fund to be reduced below
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50, 000. 00), the said Commission
shall notify all employers, their insurance carriers, and the
State Accident Fund that such contributions are forthwith
to be resumed as of the date set in such notice, and such
contributions shall thereafter continue as above provided in all
cases above specified after the effective date of said notice, and
such contributions shall thereafter continue until the Fund
shall again amount to One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100, 000. 00).

(5) In any case which shall come before the State Industrial
Accident Commission involving payments from the Fund, it
may, if it deems it necessary or desirable, request the Attor-
ney General to furnish a member of his staff to represent the
Fund in hearings before it. In any award it shall make from
the Fund, the Commission shall specifically find the amount
the injured employee shall be paid weekly, the number of
weeks' compensation to be paid, the date upon which payments
from the Fund shall begin, and, if possible, the length of
time such payments shall continue.

(6) Any waiver which shall have been or shall hereafter
be executed pursuant to the provisions of this Article by
any employee who has previously lost or lost the use of one
hand, one arm, one foot, one leg or one eye, and who becomes
permanently and totally disabled because of the loss or loss
of use of another of such members or organs by reason of an
