Court", relating to the payment of funeral expenses by
executors or administrators.

WHEREAS, Section 5 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code
(1939 Edition) provides for the payment of funeral and other
expenses; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 465 of Article 4 of, the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938
Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Orphans' Court",
be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.

CHAPTER 591.
(House Bill 603)

AN ACT to repeal Section 965 of Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter
(1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Person-
ating Policemen", making it a misdemeanor for a person to
represent himself as being a police officer or sheriff.

WHEREAS, Section 531A of Article 27 of the Annotated Code
(1943 Supplement) contains similar provisions; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 965 of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938
Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Personating Police-
men", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.
