WHEREAS^ the provisions of these sections no longer have
any use or application; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 307-309 of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938
Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Arbitration—Court
of", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.

CHAPTER 589.
(House Bill 601)

AN ACT to repeal Section 463 of Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter
(1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Orphans'
Court", relating to the compensation of the Judges of the
Orphans' Court.

WHEREAS, Section 239 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code
(1939 Edition) contains the same provisions as to the compen-
sation of the Judges of the Orphans' Court; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 463 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition),
title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Orphans' Court", be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945. .

Approved April 5, 1945.
