Education, " sub-title "County Board of Education, " said
new section to be known as Section 51 A, to follow im-
mediately after Section 51 of said Article, giving county
boards of education authority to furnish, by means of
visual and auditory aids, additional facilities for instruc-
tion in subjects in which these aids would be helpful.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 77
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Public Education, " sub-title "County Board of Educa-
tion, " said new section to be known as Section 51A, to
follow immediately after Section 51 of said Article, and to
read as follows:
51 A. The county board of education is hereby author-
ized to furnish, by means of visual and auditory aids, ad-
ditional facilities for instruction in geography, history,
science, and other subjects to the schools under the super-
vision of the county board of education. They may from
time to time enter into contracts necessary for carrying
out this provision.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore to issue certificates of indebtedness of said
corporation to an amount not exceeding one million
dollars ($1, 000, 000. 00), the proceeds of the same to be
expended for the purpose of repairing, renovating, re-
modeling, improving and modernizing the Baltimore
City Court House, on its present site, as said repairing,
renovating, remodeling, improving and modernizing may
be authorized from time to time and provided for by
ordinance or ordinances of the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore be and it is
hereby authorized to issue the certificates of indebtedness
