In the event any public body shall wish to provide in a
single issue of bonds for two or more of the purposes here-
inabove enumerated, and the maximum maturity limita-
tions hereinabove set forth shall differ for said several
purposes, then the shortest period of limitations for said
several public purposes shall prevail.

CHAPTER 533.
(Senate Bill 350)

AN ACT to incorporate the Town of Pittsville, in Wicomico
County, Maryland, and to confer certain powers upon
said municipality.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
that the citizens of the town of Pittsville, in Wicomico
County, Maryland, be and they are hereby created a body
corporate by the name of "The Commissioners of Pitts-
ville, " with all the powers and privileges of a body politic
and corporate and by such corporate name shall have per-
petual succession, sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded
in any Court of Law or Equity; may have and use a com-
mon seal; may purchase and hold real, personal and mixed
property, and sell and dispose of the same for the benefit
of the Town; and may own or lease suitable buildings for
municipal purposes.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the limits of
said Town shall be as follows: Beginning for the same at
a point in the center of the main track of the Baltimore
& Eastern Railroad Company North 85 degrees 30 minutes
West 2195 feet from the point of intersection of the center
of the State Road leading from Pittsville to Gumboro,
Delaware, with the center of said main track of said Balti-
more & Eastern Railroad Company; thence South 5 degrees
East 1900 feet to a post on the land of John Truitt; thence
South 77 degrees 15 minutes East 6000 feet to a point on
the line of the land of Leamon G. Tingle where the same
adjoins the land of E. B. Timmons; thence North 7 degrees
15 minutes West 2770 feet to the southerly side of Ceme-
tery Street adjoining Grace M. E, Cemetery; thence by
and with said Cemetery Street North 42 degrees 35 minutes
