CHAPTER 503.

(House Bill 426)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 66 12 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Motor Vehi-
cles", sub-title "Traffic Court of Baltimore City", said new
section to be known as Section 313, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 312, relating to destruction of Traffic
Court Records.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
66 12 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement),
title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Traffic Court of Baltimore
City", to follow immediately after Section 312 of said Article,
and to be known as Section 313, to read as follows:

313. The Chief Magistrate may have any records of the
Traffic Court of Baltimore City, except the official Court
Dockets, destroyed, which are more than five years old.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 154
of Article 66 12 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943
Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Operation of
Vehicles Upon Highways", relating to penalty for the un-
lawful taking of a vehicle.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
