ground rents shall be accounted for by said guardians in the
Orphans' Court ordering such transfer and conveyance. Every
petition by guardians as aforesaid shall set forth the loca-
tion and a description of the land, the liber and folio of
the land records wherein the same is recorded, the date of
the lease whereby the said rent was created, the amount of
the annual ground rent, the amount at and for which the
ground rent is redeemable, and the petition shall also state
that notice as required by law, or as required by the lease,
as the case may be, has been given by the owner of the lease-
hold estate, and such other facts as may be necessary to prop-
erly present the matter to the court, and all such petitions
shall be sworn to by the guardian.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 61.
(Senate Bill 31)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-section
(Frederick County) of Section 100 of Article 52 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Jus-
tices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates' System",
eliminating the requirement that one of the trial magistrates
at Frederick shall sit at certain times in Middletown, New
Market and Buckeystown.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sub-section (Frederick County) of Section 100 of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supple-
ment), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magis-
trates' System", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

100.

(Frederick County. ) There shall be five Trial Magistrates,
two of whom shall sit at Frederick and receive each an annual
salary of $2, 400. 00, one of whom shall sit at Emmitsburg and
receive an annual salary of $600. 00 and one of whom shall sit
at Thurmont and receive an annual salary of $600. 00 and one
of whom shall sit at Brunswick and receive an annual salary
of $1, 200.
