The compensation for the foregoing specific injury shall be
paid in addition to, and consecutively with, the compensation
hereinafter provided in Sub-section (2) of this section. If any
employee dies, the right to any compensation payable under
this sub-section, accrued and unpaid at the date of his death,
shall survive to his surviving dependents as the Commission
may determine, if there be such surviving dependents, and
if there be none such then to his personal representative.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 463.
(House Bill 127)
AN ACT to add six new sub-sections to Section 34 of Article
101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition),
title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-title "Occupational
Diseases", said new sub-sections to be known as Sub-sections
35 to 39, inclusive, and to follow immediately after Sub-sec-
tion 34, of said section, adding certain additional diseases
to the list of occupational diseases as specified in said sec-
tion.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That six new sub-sections be and they are hereby added
to Section 34 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition), title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-
title "Occupational Diseases", said new sub-sections to be
known as Sub-sections 35 to 39, inclusive, to follow immedi-
ately after Sub-section 34, of said section, and to read as
follows:
