said name and number of license issue to him. Said license
shall only be valid during the open season provided by law for
the hunting of wild water fowl in this State.

The Clerks of the Circuit Court of Frederick, Montgomery,
Washington, Harford, and Cecil Counties shall on the first day
of July, 1943, and on the first day of each and every month
thereafter transmit to the Comptroller of the State all moneys
received by them for the issuance of the aforesaid licenses and
said moneys so received by the Comptroller shall be placed to
the credit of the State Game Protection Fund, and said Clerks
shall report to the State Game Warden the first of each and
every month the name and address of each licensee to whom
they have issued license the preceding month for a skiff or row-
boat, designating number of said license and description of
said boat.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and they
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Testamentary Law",
to be under new sub-title "Settlement of Small Estates", said
new section to be known as Section 151 A, and to follow im-
mediately after Section 151 of said Article, providing a
simplified procedure for the settlement of small estates.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 93
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Tes-
tamentary Law", to be under new sub-title "Settlement of
Small Estates", said new section to be known as Section 151A,
and to follow immediately after Section 151 of said Article
and to read as follows:

151A. (Settlement of Small Estates. ) (A) When anyone
dies intestate, leaving a small estate consisting only of per-
