warrant for confession of judgment, or a duly acknowledged
agreement, in accordance with Sub-section 4 of Section HOC,
or whenever, after the expiration of one year from the date
of the accident, or within one year after the date of de-
posit of any security under Sub-section 3 of Section HOD, the
Department shall be given reasonable evidence that there is
no such action pending and no judgment rendered in such
action left unpaid.
110H. (Matters Not to be Evidence in Civil Suits. )
Neither the report required by Section 110A, the action taken
by the Department pursuant to this Article, the findings, if
any, of the Department upon which such action is based, nor
the security filed as provided in this Article shall be referred
to in any way, nor be any evidence of the negligence or due
care of either party, at the trial of any action at law to re-
cover damages.
SEC. 2 And be it further enacted, That all provisions of
Article 66 12 of the Public General Laws of Maryland or of
any other laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act
be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of such incon-
sistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect January 1, 1946.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 39
of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Sup-
plement), title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-
title "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds", relating to the
manner in which water fowl may be taken during the open
season.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 39 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Birds, Game and Inland
Water Fish", sub-title "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds", be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
