CHAPTER 435.
(Senate Bill 501)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 769-771, inclusive, of Article 4
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Bal-
timore City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore
City, " sub-title "Licenses, " said sections relating to the
licensing of billiard tables.

WHEREAS, billiard tables are licensed under Sections
10-12, inclusive, of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, thereby superseding the provisions of these
sections; therefore

SECTION 1. Bell enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 769-771, inclusive, of Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter
(1938, Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Licenses, "
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 436.
(Senate Bill 502)

AN ACT to repeal Section 860 of Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City
Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title
"Oysters, " said section relating to the licensing of oyster
measures.

WHEREAS, the provisions of Article 72 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, relating to oysters, have superseded the
provision of this Section; therefore
