include in the levy for the year after their issuance and
each year thereafter until they mature and have been re-
deemed an amount sufficient to pay the annual interest on
the bonds and to redeem them as they mature.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 656-660 of Article 1 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Westernport, " said
sections relating to a bond issue of the town of Western-
port, which has been refunded.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly o j Maryland,
That Sections 656-660 of Article 1 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Westernport, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

(Senate Bill 495)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
1 of Chapter 170 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1834, title "An Act to Incorporate the Antietam Fire
Company in Hagerstown, Washington County, " and to
repeal Sections 3 and 4 of said Chapter, eliminating the
limit as to the amount of property which might be
possessed by the Antietam Fire Company and relating to
the purposes and powers of said Company.
