sent the age of a minor for a purpose of obtaining beer
or light wine for said minor from a licensee and, upon
conviction by a Court of competent jurisdiction, any per-
son so doing shall be fined not less than Ten Dollars
($10. 00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00)
in the discretion of the Court.
(Forfeiture). In addition to such fine or imprison-
ment for the illegal sale or offer of sale, or possession, of
intoxicating liquors, any such liquors seized by the Sheriff
of Harford County, or any other police officer, after the
conviction of the possessor thereof, shall be confiscated and
delivered to the said Liquor Control Board, to be sold and
the proceeds paid to the County Treasurer for the use of
Harford County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
237A of Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland (1943 Edition), providing for a specific de-
scription of the real estate of a decedent by the apprais-
ers thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 237A of Article 93 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland (1943 Edition), be repealed and
re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
237A. In all cases where a decedent dies seized and pos-
sessed of real estate situate in this State, the Orphans'
Court of the county in which administration is granted
shall appoint the same persons who may have been ap-
pointed to value the personal estate to appraise and value
all the real estate of the deceased within this State, and
this appraisement shall be subject to confirmation or modi-
fication by said Orphans' Court, for good cause shown.
The form of the warrant to such appraisers shall be the
same as to appraisers of personal property, except that
the words "real estate" shall be inserted therein instead
of the words "Goods, chattels and personal estate", and
