shall be sufficient legally to identity said property, but in
no case shall a description by metes and bounds, courses
and distances be required. The County Treasurer shall
have authority to employ an attorney to examine the title
to the land to be advertised or sold for taxes, under the
provisions of this sub-title, to furnish the information re-
quired for said advertisement and prepare the same for
publication, for which said services a sum not to exceed
$7. 50 shall be added to the total charges due on the prop-
erty.

83. (Certificate of Sale. ) The Collector shall deliver
to the purchaser a certificate of sale under his hand and
seal, acknowledged by him as a conveyance of land, which
certificate shall set forth that the property therein de-
scribed was sold by him to the purchaser, the date of the
sale, the amount, for which the property was sold, the total
amount of taxes due thereon at the time of sale, together
with interest and penalties thereon and expenses incurred
in making the sale, a description^ the property in sub-
stantially the same form as the description appearing on
the Collector's tax roll, a statement that the rate of re-
demption is six per cent per annum, the time when ail
action to foreclose the right of redemption may be insti-
tuted, and that the certificate will be void unless fore-
closure proceedings are brought within two years from
the date of the certificate. If the property is unimproved
or has no street number, and the Collector has procured
a description of the same from the County or City Sur-
veyor, the County or City Surveyor's description shall be
included in the certificate of sale. In Garrett County a copy
of the description as required by that portion of Section 77
relating specifically to Garrett County, shall be included in
the certificate of sale. No other statements need be in-
cluded in the certificate.

The certificate of sale shall be in substantially the follow-
ing form:

"I,............................................... Collector of Taxes for the State of

Maryland and the....................................... of....................................... hereby

certify that on......................... 19.......... I sold to................................................

at public auction for the sum of........................................ Dollars and

................................... Cents, of which.................................... Dollars has been

paid the property in.................................... described as.................................

and assessed to.............................................. The property described

herein is subject to redemption. Upon redemption the
holder of this certificate will be refunded the sums paid on
account of the purchase price together with interest thereon
at the rate of six per cent per annum^from the date of
payment to the date of redemption, together with all other
