(h) Any persons against whom charges, upon which
a revocation or suspension of his or her certificate
may be based have been made, shall be notified of the fact
and a copy of the charges shall be sent him or her by the
Board of Chiropody Examiners, and such shall be given a
fair and impartial trial by the said Board of Chiropody
Examiners whose decision shall be made by a majority
of said Board of Chiropody Examiners, Any person ag-
grieved by a decision of the said Board of Chiropody Ex-
aminers may appeal within thirty days from such decision
to the Circuit Court in the County in which the name of
such person is registered, or if such resides in Baltimore
City, to the Circuit Court of Baltimore City.

434A. All display advertising by Chiropodists is hereby
prohibited, except the following:

(a) A chiropodist may use a personal card of not more
than 3 1/2" by 2" upon which may be printed only his name,
title or degree, address, telephone number and office hours:

(b) A chiropodist may notify by mail any bone fide
. patient that 60 days have elapsed since any foot examina-
tion was made by such chiropodist, such notice shall not
be more than 5 1/2" by 3 1/2"; removal notices may be mailed
by a chiropodist notifying any bona fide patient of such
chiropodist that said chiropodist is removing his address
to such address set forth on such notice, such notice shall
not be more than 5 1/2" by 3 1/2"; notices may be mailed to
the general public by any chiropodist who is about to
begin the practice of chiropody notifying the public of this
fact, such notice shall not be more than 5 1/2 " by 3 1/2"; such
personal card, removal notice or being practice notice may
be printed in any newspaper or publication in the State,
not more than one notice shall be in any newspaper or
publication at one time nor shall such notice be more than
3 1/2" by 2".

(c Each person holding a license under this sub-title
may exhibit on the door or the wall of the building where-
in he shall practice chiropody, not more than two signs
on which shall be placed the name, title or degree and
office hours of such person, the letters of which shall not
exceed three inches square. A person practicing chiropody
in any building may exhibit such sign on the door of his
office in addition to those on the door or wall of such
building.

435. Chiropody as defined by this sub-title is the diag-
nosis, surgical, medical or mechanical treatment of all ail-
ments of the human foot, except the correction of deformi-
