Examiners shall report annually to the Board, of Medical
Examiners of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of
Maryland, in detail, all of their transactions.

428. Every person receiving a certificate from said
Board shall file the same at once with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of the county in which he or she may now
reside or with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore
City. It shall be the duty of the Clerk to register the name
of said person and the names of the examiners signing
said certificate in a book kept for such purpose as a part
of the records of his office and the number of the book
and the page therein containing said recorded copy shall
be made by the said Clerk upon the face of said certifi-
cate, which shall be his license to practice chiropody. In
all legal proceedings said records shall be prima facie
evidence of all matters therein contained. A certificate once
registered may not be registered in another court. A cer-
tificate shall be returned to the Board on demand if holder
has been found guilty of charges at a trial before the Board;
said certificate shall be returned by the Board at end of sus-
pension period. No certificate shall be valid unless it con-
tains thereon the receipt for the current year's license fee.

431. It shall be the duty of the Police Commissioner
of Baltimore City, and of the Sheriff of each County
in the State, to see that all persons treating the human
foot in the State shall be legally registered chiropodists
according to the provisions of this sub-title, and to report
to the Board of Chiropody Examiners and State's Attorney
of the City or County all cases of the violation of this sub-
title, whereupon the State's Attorney shall promptly prose-
cute those violating any of the provisions of this sub-title.

432. From and after June 1, 1945, any person not here-
tofore authorized to practice chiropody in this State and
desiring to enter upon such practice, shall file with the said
Board of Chiropody Examiners, upon payment of a fee of
twenty-five dollars, a written application for examination,
together with satisfactory proof that the applicant is not
less than twenty-one years of age, is of good moral charac-
ter and has obtained a preliminary education of four years'
instruction in a high school and two years' instruction in
a College of liberal arts or sciences. The fact that such
instruction has been received by the applicant must be
evidenced by a certificate satisfactory to the said Board
of Chiropody Examiners. Such applicant must also, be-
fore presenting him or herself for examination, be a gradu-
ate of a reputable and legally incorporated school or college
