SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 243, 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 251,
253, 260, 270, 271, 273, 274, 275, 276, 2", 278, 279, 280,
281, 282, 283, 284 and 285 of Article 14 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard Coun-
ty", sub-title ''Road's", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
take effect June 1st, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 281.
(House Bill 473)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 and 58 of Article
14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition) j title "Howard County", sub-title "Coal".

WHEREAS, the provisions relating to the coal are obsolete
and no longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 and 58 of Article 14 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Howard County", sub-title "Coal", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
take effect June 1st, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Section 31 of Article 14 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "How-
