"Cecil County, " sub-title "Roads, " relating to shooting
near public roads.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section seem to be no
longer necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 424 of the Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title. "Cecil
County, " sub-title "Roads, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 260.
(Senate Bill 185)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 387 and 388 of Article 8 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Cecil County, " sub-title "Register of Wills, " relat-
ing to transcribing certain indexes in the office of the
Register of Wills.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have already
been complied with; therefore

SECTION!. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 387 and 388 of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil
County, " sub-title "Register of Wills, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.
