"Cecil County, " sub-title "Minors, " relating to bringing
certain minors into the State.

WHEREAS, these sections have no application at the
present time; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 283-285 of Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil
County, " sub-title "Minors, " be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 256.

(Senate Bill 181)

AN ACT to repeal Section 162 of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Cecil County, " sub-title "Crimes and Punishments, "
sub-heading "Gaming, " relating to gambling.

WHEREAS, the State-wide law against gambling makes
the provisions of this section unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 162 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil County, "
sub-title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-heading "Gam-
ing, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.
