HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1935

Street Middle River, Baltimore County, Maryland, to Board
of National Missions of the Evangelical and Reformed Church
recorded among said Land Records in Liber R.J.S. No. 1365,
folio 518.

96. To deed from Roy W. Norris and Gertrude Norris his
wife, conveying fee simple property located at Back River
Neck north of Orville Road, dated May 22, 1944 to Board of
National Missions of the Evangelical and Reformed Church
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County
Maryland.

97. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Margaret T. Kelly, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 213, folio 167, viz:

(a) to Roman Catholic Clergymen of Maryland, for the use
of the Jesuit Missions;

(b) to St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum; Home and For-
eign Mission Society for the Propagation of the Faith;

(c) to Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Bal-
timore.

98. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Bernard J. Barrett, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of B
Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 213, folio 301, Viz t i

(a) to House of Good Shepherd for Colored Girls,

(b) to St. James Home for Boys,

(c) to St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys,

(d) to Pastor of St. Martin's Roman Catholic Church,

(e) to Pastor of The Cathedral Bascilia of the Assumption
of the Blessed Virgin Mary,

(f) to House of Good Shepherd of the City of Baltimore.

99. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Katherine Carroll, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 214, folio 571, viz:

(a) to Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City,

(b) to St. Ignatius Church.

100. To devises and bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Elizabeth McMahon, late of Frederick County,
deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Frederick County, viz:
