50. To bequest of $2000. 00 to Wo-Ho-Mis Lodge contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Summerfield P. Walker,
late of Baltimore City, said Will is recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Book No.
E. R, D. 165, folio 135.

51. To bequest of $8000. 00 to Wo-Ho-Mis Lodge contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Fanny Pentz, late of Balti-
more City, said Will is recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Book No. 171, folio 313.

52. To deed from Richard M. Duvall, Executor of ground
rent on 1332 Webster Street to Baldwin Memorial Methodist
Church of Anne Arundel County, said deed being recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L,
4525, folio 426.

53. To deed from Clarence J. Dorr and Mary L. Dorr, his
wife, to Clarence J. Dorr, John J. Reeves and Barton De
Waters, Trustees of the Wilson Avenue Baptist Church of Col-
mar Manor, Maryland, dated November 27th, 1923 and recorded
in Liber 207, folio 56, of the Land Records of Prince George's
County, Maryland.

54. To deed from Samuel E. Snyder and Nora E. Snyder,
his wife, to Martin De Waters, John J. Reeves and- Leslie
Willis, Trustees of the Wilson Avenue Baptist Church of
Colmar Manor, Maryland, dated December 4, 1923 and re-
corded in Liber 207, folio 68, one of the Land Records of Prince
George's County, Maryland.

55. To deed from Sarah Anderson, widow, to John H. Wade,
James C. Pinn, Bliss Plaine, Horace Ward, Alexander Jack-
son, Grant Bankett, Robert Nash, Trustees of Vermont Avenue

(a) To Govans Methodist Episcopal Church, York Road and
McCabe Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of Five Hun-
dred Dollars for its corporate purposes.
