44. To the bequest of $100. 00 to the Church of the Brethren,
known as the Manor Church, contained in the last Will and
Testament of Carrie Estelle Moats, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 20, folio 140, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

45. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary Eugenia Lane Wroth, deceased, taken
from "Wills" Liber 20, folio 150, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) Women's Auxiliary of the Protestant Episcopal Church
the sum of $500. 00;

(b) Ascension Church of Westminster, Maryland, the sum
of $500. 00.

46. To the bequests to "The Trustees of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church in Hyattstown, Montgomery County, State of
Maryland", a corporation, of the sum of Five Hundred Dol-
lars, as contained in the Second Codicil, and the sum of Two
Hundred and Fifty Dollars contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Ella M. Harris, deceased, late of Frederick Coun-
ty, Maryland, recorded in Liber R. L. L. No. 1, Folio 559, in the
Office of the Register of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland.

47. To the bequest to the trustees of Trinity Methodist
Church, located on East Second Street, in the City of Freder-
ick, Maryland, and their successors in office, of the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment bearing date on the fourteenth day of November, Nine-
teen Hundred and Forty-one, of Albert L. Pearre, deceased,
late of Frederick County, Maryland, recorded in Liber R. L. L,
No. 1? Folio 594, in the Office of the Register of Wills for Fred-
erick County, Maryland.

48. To the bequest to the "Domestic and Foreign Missionary
Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United
States of America", of Two Hundred Dollars, and the bequest
to the Vestry of All Saints Parish in Frederick County, of
Five Hundred Dollars, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment bearing date on the thirtieth day of August, in the year
Nineteen and Thirty-nine, of Eleanor M. Johnson, deceased,
late of Frederick County, Maryland, recorded in Liber R. L. L.
No. 2, Folio 78, in the office of the Register of Wills for Fred-
erick County, Maryland.

49. To bequest of $2000. 00 to Wo-Ho-Mis Lodge contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Carrie Kraft McNeil, late
of Baltimore City and said Will is recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Books No. E. R.
D. 155, folio 416.
