be known as Section 96D and to follow immediately after
Section 96C of said Article as said section was enacted by
Chapter 424 of the Acts of 1935; and to add a new section
to Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Cecil County", sub-title "Circuit
Court", said new section to be known as Section 117A and
to follow immediately after Section 117 of said Article
and to add a new section to Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County
ty", sub-title "Circuit Court", said new section to be known
as Section 135A and to follow immediately after Section
135 of said Article; and to add a new section to Article 18
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title "Circuit
Court", said new section to be known as Section 177A; and
to follow immediately after Section 177 of said Article; and
to add a new section to Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot
County", sub-title "Circuit Court", said new section to be
known as Section 60A and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion CO of said Article, relating to the travelling expenses
of the court stenographer for the Second Judicial Circuit.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Circuit Court",
said new section to be known as Section 96D and to follow
immediately after Section 96C of said Article as said section
was enacted by Chapter 424 of the Acts of 1935; and to add a
new section to Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil County", sub-title "Cir-
cuit Court", said new section to be known as Section 117A and
to follow immediately after Section 117 of said Article; and
to add a new section to Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-
title "Circuit Court", said new section to be known as Section
135A and to follow immediately after Section 135 of said Arti-
cle; and to add a new section to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen
Anne's County", sub-title "Circuit Court", said new section
to be known as Section 177A and to follow immediately after
section 177 of said Article; and to add a new section to Arti-
cle 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-title "Circuit Court", said
new section to be known as Section 60A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 60 of said Article, and all to read as
