equipment, material and supplies for the use of any and all de-
partments of the government of said County in the photostat-
ing and reproducing of documents and other necessary papers,
and for the use of the several Service Aid Councils established
within said County to assist returning veterans of the Armed
Forces of the United States within said County in the photo-
stating and reproduction of necessary documents and papers.
The said County Commissioners of Montgomery County are
further authorized and empowered to assign or allocate such
equipment, material and supplies at any place or places within
said County for use for the purposes herein stated.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arun-
del County", under the new sub-title "Selby On The Bay", to
follow immediately after Section 461 of said Article and to
be known as Section 461A, to direct the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel County to maintain and repair
roads in Selby On The Bay, and to cause grass and brush to
be removed from lots so as to avoid hazards from fire and
disease, to contract with others to do all or any of said work,
and to levy a special tax on the area to pay the costs.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section is hereby added to Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County", under the new sub-title "Selby On
The Bay", to follow immediately after Section 461, to be
known as Section 461A, and to read as follows:
SELBY ON THE BAY.
461A. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to take over,
maintain and repair the roads, and to cause grass and brush to
be removed from lots so as to avoid hazards from fire and dis-
ease, within the area of Selby On The Bay bounded on the North
by the waters of Selby Bay, on the South by the state road, on
