743. Every Justice of the Peace appointed under the pro-
visions of this sub-division of this Article, shall file with the
Collector of Baltimore City, or other person entitled to receive
same, once in each month, an account verified by his oath or
affirmation, of all fees, fines, forfeitures and penalties imposed
by him under the laws of this State, or of the City of Baltimore,
during the past month, which said account shall show the
names of the respective defendants, the Acts of Assembly, or
law or ordinance of the City of Baltimore, under which said
fees, fines, forfeitures and penalties were respectively imposed,
'and the amounts paid in each case by the said respective de-
fendants; and the said Justice of the Peace, at the time of filing
said account shall pay over to the Collector of the City of Bal-
timore, or other person entitled to receive same, the amount of
said fees, fines, penalties and forfeitures so received, to be
accounted for by said Collector of the City of Baltimore, or
other person receiving same, as other moneys are accounted
for by him; said reports to be made within the first week follow-
ing the month during which the said. fees, fines, penalties and
forfeitures were imposed and collected.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 1053.
(House Bill 759)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 817
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(1943 Flack's Edition), title "Intoxicating Liquors", relat-
ing to the opening and closing hours of licensees.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 817 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1943 Flack's Edition), title "Intoxi-
cating Liquors", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

817. No holder of any retail alcoholic beverage license in
Prince George's County shall be permitted to sell any alcoholic
leverages or permit any alcoholic beverages to be consumed on
the licensed premises between the hours of 2: 00 A. M. and 6: 00
A. M. and no holder of any retail alcoholic beverage license
shall be permitted to sell any alcoholic beverage or permit any
