McLanhan Road, described in a deed from Edith Mae Cum-
mings' Corporation to the National Woman's Country Club, as
parcel No. 2, in Liber 522 at Folio 357, one of the Land Records
of Montgomery County, Maryland; thence in a northeasterly
direction with the outlines of the National Woman's Country
Club and the west side of McLanahan Road to Cabin John Road
(Cedar Lane); thence crossing Cabin John Road at right
angles to the north line thereof; thence still in a northeasterly
direction with the outlines of the aforesaid National Woman's
Country Club and the west side of McLanhan Road to the
southernmost corner of the property of Harold H. Emmons, de-
scribed in a deed from Edith Mae Cummings to Harold H.
Emmons as parcel No. 3, at Liber 502 Folio 221, one of the
aforesaid Land Records; thence with the outlines of the said
Harold H. Emmons' property and the west side of McLanhan
Road to the northeast corner of Harold H. Emmons' property,
Parcel No. 3, said corner being also on the south line of Bells
Mill Road; thence due north to intersect a line drawn due west
from the intersection of the east line of the Rockville-Washing-
ton Road (U. S. Highway Route No. 240) with a line 200 feet
north of and parallel to the road running from said Rockville-
Washington Road through Halpine to the Viers Mill Road;
thence due east to the east line of the Rockville-Washington
Road; thence in a generally easterly and northeasterly direc-
tion 200 feet distant from and parallel to the north line of the
road running from the Rockville-Washington Road through
Halpine to the Viers Mill Road to the north line of the Viers
Mill Road; thence northeasterly at right angles to the north
line of the Viers Mill Road 200 feet; thence in a generally south-
easterly direction 200 feet distant from and parallel to the
north line of the Viers Mill Road to the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District; thence with the
existing lines of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
to the point of beginning to complete a closed area.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
