1802 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 1024

ville and Brown's Corner; thence at right angles to said road
running between Spencerville and Brown's Corner in a gener-
ally northeasterly direction 500 feet; thence in a generally
southeasterly direction 500 feet distant from, north of and
parallel to the north side of the road running between Ashton
and Laurel to the Prince George's-Montgomery boundary;
thence with said boundary in a southwesterly direction to the
existing boundaries of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District; thence with the existing boundaries of the Washing-
ton Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning to
complete a closed area.

1420D (1180E). The area of the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District within Montgomery County and the jurisdiction
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties,,
authority and powers are hereby extended to include that addi-
tional territory within the following designated and described
boundaries:

Beginning for the same at the end of the second line of the
addition to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District de-
scribed in Section 990C, Chapter 140, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1937, and running thence westerly
and northerly with the outlines of the lands of Frances A. Hufty
as recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery County,
Maryland, in Liber 727 at Folio 197, to a point on the south side
of the River Road; thence with the south side of the River
Road in a westerly direction to its intersection with the south-
erly prolongation of the north line of Burdette Road, formerly
known as New Cut Road; thence in a northeasterly direction
crossing River Road and running with the west line of said
Burdette Road to the corner designated as Stone No. 1 on the
plat of subdivision of the Haney tract, Bradley Hills, as re-
corded among the Land Records of Montgomery County in Plat
Book No. 2, as Plat No. 192; thence reversely with the South
63 degrees 02 minute East line of said subdivision to Stone No.
3 as indicated on said plat; thence still with the outlines of
said subdivision and the North 15 degree 15 minutes East 672-
foot line thereof to a corner designated as a poplar tree on said
plat, said poplar tree being also the southwest corner of the
subdivision of the Kefauver tract, Bradley Hills, as recorded
among the Land Records of Montgomery County in Plat Book
No 3, as Plat No. 201; thence the two following courses and
distances as shown on the said subdivision of the Kefauver
tract, North 14 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds East, 594. 92 feet,
North 39 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds East, 354. 1 feet, to the
south line of Bradley Boulevard; thence with the south line of
Bradley Boulevard to a point at right angles to the southern-
most corner of the National Woman's Country Club, and the
northwest corner of the intersection of Bradley Boulevard and"
