AN ACT to add four new sections to the Prince George's
County Code (1943 Edition—being Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), and to the Montgomery
County Code (1939 Edition—being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), said new sections to be
known as Sections 1420A to 1420D, inclusive, of the Prince
George's County Code and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 1420 of said Prince George's County Code, and to be
known as Sections 1180B to 1180E, inclusive, of the Mont-
gomery County Code and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 1180A of said Montgomery County Code, adding certain
areas in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That four new sections be and they are hereby added to
the Prince George's County Code (1943 Edition—being Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland ) and to the
Montgomery County Code (1939 Edition—being Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), said new sections
to be known as Sections 1420A to 1420D, inclusive, of the
Prince George's County Code, and to follow immediately after
Section 1420 of said Prince George's County Code, and to be
known as Sections 1180B to 1180E, inclusive, of the Mont-
gomery County Code, and to follow immediately after Section
1180A of said Montgomery County Code, said new sections to
read as follows:
1420A (1180B). The following areas are hereby added to
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District:
(a) Beginning at the existing angle point in the boundary
line of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District where
Bald Hill Branch crosses the George N. Palmer Highway,
formerly the Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis Electric
Railway, and running thence in a southeasterly direction down
Bald Hill Branch to intersect a line 200 feet southeast of and
parallel to the southeast right of way line of the George N.
Palmer Highway, thence in a southwesterly direction along
