CHAPTER 1020.
(House Bill 505)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arun-
del County", to be under a new sub-title "Trailers", said new
section, to be known as Section 486A and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 486 of said Article, authorizing the
County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County to prohibit
and regulate trailer camps.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Anne Arundel County", to be under a new sub-title
"Trailers", said new section to be known as Section 486A, to
follow immediately after Section 486 of said Article, and to
read as follows:

TRAILERS.

486A. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
shall have authority to prohibit or to regulate the erection,
maintenance and operation of trailer camps in Anne Arundel
County as in their discretion may be necessary.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
take effect June 1st, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
98 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", increasing the compensation of the
County Commissioners of Caroline County.
