3. The Chairman of the State Industrial Accident Com-
mission of Maryland shall receive a salary of Six Thousand
and Five Hundred Dollars ($6, 500) per annum and each
of the other members shall receive a salary of Six Thou-
sand Dollars ($6, 000) per annum.
In addition to the salary provided in this Section each
Commissioner shall be allowed his actual and necessary
traveling and incidental expenses.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 41 of the Annotat-
ed Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Governor-
Executive and Administrative Departments, " sub-title
"The Finance Department, " said new section to be
known as Section 134A, and to follow immediately after
Section 134 of said Article, establishing a Bureau of
Revenue Estimates, a Board of Revenue Estimates, and
fixing their duties.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 41
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Governor-Executive and Administrative Departments, "
sub-title "The Finance Department, " said new section to be
known as Section 134A, to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 134 of said Article, and to read as follows:
134A (a) There shall be in the Division of Financial
Review and Control a Bureau of Revenue Estimates, which
shall be administered by a Chief of the Bureau of Revenue
Estimates, under the supervision of the Comptroller. The
Chief of the Bureau of Revenue Estimates, together with
all other employees and assistants of the Bureau, shall be
appointed by the Comptroller in accordance with the pro-
visions of Article 64A of the Annotated Code, and shall
receive such salary as is fixed in the Budget. There shall
also be a Board of Revenue Estimates, composed of the
Treasurer, Comptroller and Director of the Budget and
