From the above-mentioned point of junction a line shall be
projected over the water equally dividing the arc formed
by the angle between the two straight lines laid down as
above provided along the shore lines of the respective
properties.

In situations where the angle between the dividing line
projected as above and the straight line or lines along
either or both of the adjoining shores is less than 90
degrees, the State Game Warden may determine where
blinds may be placed in conformance with Section 43 of
this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 988.
(Senate Bill 607)

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commission-
ers of Somerset County to levy and pay a certain sum
of money to J. N. Newton.

WHEREAS, in 1932, J. N. Newton furnished 4, 400 bushels
of oyster shells at 3 1/2c per bushel; and

WHEREAS, said oyster shells were hauled and delivered
for use on the roads of Somerset County in said year; and

WHEREAS, no payment has ever been made for said
shells; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the County Commissioners of Somerset County be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to include, in
the next tax levy in Somerset County, the sum of $154. 00
and to pay the same to J. N. Newton for the oyster shells
furnished by him for use on the roads of Somerset County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
