The specific inclusion in this Act of references to laws
authorizing certain bond issues is made in order to clarify the
intent of this Act and is not to be taken as a limit to the
authority hereby granted the County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County. This Act provides an alternative method of
meeting future maturing bonds and interest as heretofore
authorized by the specific Acts herein set forth and in no
way affects the obligation of the County Commissioners of
Montgomery County to meet the principal and interest on
bonds as heretofore authorized by the specific Acts herein set
forth as they mature nor does it permit the County Commis-
sioners of Montgomery County to make any adjustment as
between the various election districts, precincts, or other sub-
divisions of the county affecting levies heretofore made to meet
maturities of principal and interest on bonds of Montgomery
County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
