1404 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 929

(h) Dunnaged Boat—Any boat having any false bottom,
false partition, false ceiling or false deck, designed to diminish
the visible cargo space or having the effect of diminishing the
visible cargo space.

GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS.

(i) Natural Oyster Bar—Any submerged oyster bar, reef,
rock or area represented as an oyster bar on the Charts of the
Oyster Survey of 1906 to 1912, or amendments thereto, or any
such area which has or shall be declared by any Circuit Court
to be a natural oyster bar, or any area on which the Depart-
ment of Tidewater Fisheries has planted or shall plant oysters
or shells; all such areas, bars, rocks or reefs being delineated
on charts in the office of the Department of Tidewater
Fisheries.

(j) Chesapeake Bay—All those waters commonly known as
the Chesapeake Bay lying outside the territorial limits of any
Maryland county as defined by the Charts of the Oyster Survey
of 1906 to 1912, in the office of the Department of Tidewater
Fisheries.

(k) Potomac River—All those waters commonly known as
the Potomac River lying within the limits of the State of Mary-
land as defined by the survey of Matthews and Nelson in 1928,
and lying outside the territorial limits of any county as denned
by the Charts of the Oyster Survey of 1906 to 1912, in the
office of the Department of Tidewater Fisheries.

(1) County Waters—Those waters lying within the terri-
torial limits of any county as defined by the Charts of the
Oyster Survey of 1906 to 1912, in the office of the Department
of Tidewater Fisheries.

OTHER DEFINITIONS.

(m) Person—A person shall include any individual, party,
company, corporation, partnership, co-partnership, firm or as-
sociation.

(n) Packer—Any person as defined herein having a fixed
place of business and buying, selling, packing, shucking or pre-
paring oysters for sale, trade, barter or shipment to any
dealer, merchant or retailer.

(o) Commission—The Commission of Tidewater Fisheries.

(p) Department—The members of the Commission of Tide-
water Fisheries and any of the officers or employees thereof.
