Road; thence with the east side of Addison Road the three fol-

ginning, containing 2, 191, 839 square feet or 50. 318 acres of
land, more or less. That all of the territory hereby annexed to
the Town of Seat Pleasant shall after the date of the passage
of this Act, be subject to all laws, ordinances and regulations
of said Town.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed upon by yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of
the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 512,
516, 520 and 529 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1943 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Edmonston", amending the Charter of
the Town of Edmonston in several particulars.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 512, 516, 520 and 529 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition), being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Edmonston", be and they
