SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET—FISCAL YEARS 1946 AND 1947
CONTINGENT APPROPRIATIONS—SPECIAL FUNDS

The following appropriations are hereby made from the Special Funds counting
upon the passage of the specified legislation relating thereto:

1. Department of Motor Vehicles, in addition to appropriation shown on Pages 12 and
13 of the Printed Bill, contingent upon the passage of House Bill No. 24, the cost
of administration of said Act is hereby appropriated from receipts of the State
Insurance Department in excess of the amount anticipated in the budget for the
fiscal years 1946 and 1947. Expenditures under this provision to be subject to
the approval of the Board of Public Works.

the General and Special Funds contingent upon the
passage of the specified legislation relating thereto:
1. To provide the necessary money to give effect to
legislation to be passed at the 1945 Session of the
General Assembly providing for the payment of
additional compensation to employees of State
Departments, whether paid from General or
Special Funds:

Amount payable from Special Funds, this amount
being an estimate, it being the intention that
the amount to be paid shall be that determined
upon submission of statements from the State
Departments whose appropriations are payable
out of Special Funds, showing the actual
amount necessary to give effect to the provi-
