sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables, " be and

they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 135.
(Senate Bill 199)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 407 and 408 of Article 2 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Retailers
and Traders, " said sections relating to the granting of
Trader's licenses.

WHEREAS, the State law relating to the licensing of
traders has superseded these sections; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 407 and 408 of Article 2 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County, " sub-title "Retailers and Traders, " be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 136.
(Senate Bill 200)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 456-458 of Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Schools, " said
section relating to employees of School Commissioners,

etc.

WHEREAS, the State Law relating to schools has super-
ceded the provisions of these sections; therefore
