The northern line of this State is a line

commencing at the Fairfax stone at

|

the head of the North branch of the

Potomac river, and running due

north to the southern line of the

State of Pennsylvania, as surveyed

in 1859, by commissioners appointed

by, for that purpose,

The sum of $10, 000 appropriated to

pay this State's proportion of such
