COMMISSIONERS—

Owner of stayed tobacco to have privi-

No hand employed in any warehouse

shall shake out, condition or re-

pack any tobacco, except by express

direction of lessee, who shall see it

done in a proper manner,

Lessees to sell scrap tobacco, and ac-

count with Comptroller quarterly for

proceeds of such sale,

Cooperage of improperly coopered

hogsheads to be paid for by owner,

not less than 25 nor more than 50

cents per hogshead,

Lessee, in month of April, to adver-

tise all tobacco inspected and re-

maining in his warehouse, for the

space of four years, the owner

whereof is unknown,

If owner does not apply for such to-

bacco in six months after adver-

tisement, lessee to sell the same.

and account with the Comptroller,

and upon his warrant pay the same

into the treasury, to be credited to

the tobacco fund,

Owner may receive net proceeds of sale

of such tobacco, if applied for within

one year from sale and satisfy comp-

troller of his ownership,

each regular session,
