Any certificate of survey may be re-

turned to the land office within one

year from the date of the warrant,

and it shall at all times be the duty

of the, to renew said warrant by re-

quest, and at the time designated

by the party suing out the same, at

any time previous to its expiration,

and said renewal shall be held to be

an original warrant, and shall con-

vey all the rights, &c., granted by

its preceding issue, and rights which

any person may have acquired pre-

vious to issuing any warrant, shall

not be affected by the same,
