SEC.

BOARD OF POLICE—

and all arms, &c., so seized, shall

be delivered to the said board and

by them be retained until after re-

turns of said election shall be made,

and the same be disposed of accord-

ing to law,

Nothing herein to be construed to de-

prive the said, of any police powers,
or relieve them from obligations im-

posed by other sections relating to

said, but the said, may either carry

out order of judges, or themselves

take control and command, and as-

sume the conduct of measures neces-
