any election shall be discharged

until they have made written pre-

sentment on oath that they have

diligently and to the best of their

ability examined such judge of elec-

tion as may have come before them,

and inquired into and acted upon

all complaints concerning alleged

violations of the constitution and

laws touching elections, at the elec-

tion next preceding, &c.,

Grand jury, upon adjournment, shall

present to court all judges who

tailed to come before them, who

shall be at once arrested and held to

answer at the next term; State's

attorney immediately to apply for

and court to issue bench warrants

for such arrest, &c.; court to give

this act in charge to each grand
