RESOLUTION reviving the Act of Assembly
passed March 1st, 1850, entitled, an act to incor-
porate the Neptune Steamboat Company.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Act of Assembly, passed March 1st 1850,
entitled, an Act to incorporate the Neptune Steam-
boat Company, be and the same is hereby revived.

RESOLUTION requesting the Representatives of
Maryland, in Congress, to take measures to ob-
tain a treaty with the government of Great
Britain, relative to restitution of slave property,
belonging to American citizens, which may be
found in her provinces.
WHEREAS, Slaves held to labor in the South are
constantly escaping to Canada where large num-
bers of them are now collected, and where they are
protected by the British Government; therefore,
