AN ACT to refund to Levin West, of Frederick
county, State Tax erroneously paid to the collec-
tor of taxes in said county.

Authorised
to pay.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer be and he is
hereby directed to pay, upon the warrant of the
Comptroller, the sum of seven dollars and forty-two
cents to Levin West, being the amount paid by him
in error, to the collector of Frederick county, as ap-
pears from the certificate of the cleric of the county
commissioners.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 367.

AN ACT to repeal the seventy-second, seventy-
third, seventy-fourth, seventy-fifth, seventy-sixth,
seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth sections of
article first of the code of public local laws re-
lating to "Flour Inspection, " in the city of
Cumberland in Allegany County.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the seventy-second, seventy-
third, seventy-fourth, seventy-fifth, seventy-sixth,
seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth sections of arti-
cle one of the code of public local laws, relating to
"Flour Inspection" in the city of Cumberland, in
Allegany county, be and the same is hereby repeal-
ed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from and after its passage.
