moneys erroneously paid.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury,
be and he is hereby directed to issue his warrant to
the Treasurer, for the payment of the sum of twenty-
two dollars and sixty-five cents, erroneously paid
by her to the collector of State taxes, in the second
election district of Montgomery county, and by him
paid into the Treasury, and the Treasurer be and
he is hereby directed to pay the same.
