1860.

Harford county from the verdict or finding of said
jury within sixty days from the date of said verdict.

CHAP. 355.

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That said company
shall not exercise any banting powers, or issue any
paper to he used as currency.

privileges.

SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, and the
State of Maryland shall have and hereby reserves

CHAPTER 354.

Reservation.

AN ACT to refund to Mrs. Mary Tabler, certain
moneys erroneously paid.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury,
be and he is hereby directed to issue his warrant to
the Treasurer, for the payment of the sum of twenty-
two dollars and sixty-five cents, erroneously paid
by her to the collector of State taxes, in the second
election district of Montgomery county, and by him
paid into the Treasury, and the Treasurer be and
he is hereby directed to pay the same.

Authorised
to pay.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after its passage.

CHAPTER 355.

AN ACT for the relief Joseph Stewart, late clerk
of the Circuit court for Charles county.
