the centre of such road as used, as the centre thereof,
according to its true location, and mark and bound
such road accordingly, giving it the proper width
to which it may be entitled, being not less than
thirty feet in any case, and they shall make and re-
turn to the county commissioners a plat of such
road with a fall report of their proceedings under
their hands.

Annual re-
ports.

SEC. 2. The board of school commissioners shall
report annually on the first Monday of January, to
the county commissioners, a statement of its trans-
actions with an account of its receipts and expendi-
tures of the past year, and an estimate of the ex-
pense for the ensuing year; and the county com-
missioners shall have the same published in said
county.

Publication
of notices.
|
SEC. 3. All notices concerning the opening, alter-
ing, locating or widening any public road, all re-
ports of the school commissioners that are required
to be published, all lists of county expenses and
levies, and notices or other papers issuing from the
county commissioners required by law to be pub-
lished, shall be published in but two newspapers
printed in the county, and shall be published in
one of each party, if there be a newspaper of each
party.

Repealed.
|
SEC. 4. Be it enacted, That the ninety-second
and the one hundred and eleventh sections of the
said twelfth article of the Public Local Laws, be

In force.
|
and the same are hereby repealed, and that this
act go into effect from the day of its passage.
