CHAPTER 237.

7, 1860.

AN ACT to authorise the Comptroller to adjust the
accounts of Henry M. Langly, collector of State
taxes, for the first election district of St. Mary's
county, tor the year of eighteen hundred and fif-
ty-one, and to allow as credits on the same all
sums of money for which the State's attorney
has receipted.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
hereby authorised and empowered, to adjust the
account of the State of Maryland against Henry
M. Langly, collector of State taxes for the first
election district in St. Mary's county for the year
eighteen hundred and fifty-one, and to allow as
credits on the same all sums of money for which
the State's attorney for said county may have re-
ceipted.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
