the seal of his office, copies of all papers and pro-
ceedings connected with the case of Robert Gilmer
vs. Brien, and now in his office, and to transmit
the same to the clerk of the Circuit court for
Washington county, to he by him recorded, and
that as full faith and credit shall be given by the
Circuit court for Washington county, to the said
copies as if the same were of original record in the
said court.

CHAP. 215.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the cost of such
certified copies and transmission, shall be paid by
the Treasurer upon the order of the Comptroller,
and that the sum of two hundred dollars or such
proportion thereof as may be required, is hereby
appropriated for that purpose.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from and after its passage.

CHAPTER 215.

In force.

AN ACT to amend the third article of the Code
of Public Local Laws, by adding thereto certain
sections, vesting the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county, with powers to lay out a cer-
tain road from Catonsville to the Rolling road.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of
Baltimore county, shall be, and are hereby autho-
rised to condemn and lay out a public road from
Catonsville in Baltimore county, to the Rolling
road, of a width less than thirty feet in the same
manner in every respect as if said road was at

said road unless with the consent of the owner of
said property, as to that portion passing through
the lands of Gustav W. Lurman, shall be located
outside of the Water Ram and Bath House of said

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
