AN ACT to refund to Henry T. Scott, administra-
tor of William Scott, late collector of State and
county taxes for Prince George's county, certain
moneys over paid by said administrator into the
Treasury of Maryland.

to pay.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller, is hereby authorized and
required to pay to Henry T. Scott, administrator
of William Scott, late collector of State and county
taxes for Prince George's county, the sum of eighty-
four dollars and fifty-seven cents, with interest on
the same from the first day of January, eighteen
hundred and fifty-one, over paid by said Henry T.
Scott into the treasury.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from and after the date of its passage.

AN ACT appropriating a sum of money to pay
Alexander B. Hagner, attorney for Tucker,
Tongue and O'Hara, Nicholas H. Green, clerk
of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel county,
Levin Woolford, clerk of the Circuit Court for
Somerset county, J. S. Inloes, John Clark, and
Whitney and Gushing for services rendered and
articles furnished the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller, is hereby authorized and
directed to pay to Alexander B. Hagner, attorney
for Tucker, Tongue and O'Hara, ninety-four dol-
lars and thirty-eight cents, costs due by the State
in the case of the State vs. Tucker, Tongue and
O'Hara, to Nicholas H. Green, clerk of the Circuit
